What if my vehicle does not appear?

What kind of warranty comes with the auto parts sold from APE?
Our products are fully warranted through the product manufacturer. APE will quickly fulfill warranty related shipments to accommodate our customers. Find out more on our product Warranty page.

When will the order be shipped?
All orders are shipped same day when ordered before 3:00PM Central Time Zone.

How are the parts Shipped?
All parts are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. When possible all of your items will be shipped in 1 box. Discounts apply for orders that contain multiple shipments. Do you sell New or Rebuilt AC parts?
APE offers a 100% complete parts inventory line of new products. In addition to our new product offerings, APE also offers many popular ac compressors rebuilt with a 12-month warranty. When new compressors are too costly or not available at all, we have you covered.

Do the compressors come with a clutch?
YES. All of our compressors come complete with clutch and coil assembly.

Does oil come in the compressors?
MAYBE. No 2 manufactures are alike when it comes to how the compressor leaves their testing. We always recommend including the specific type of oil recommended when purchasing your compressor. Remove test oil from new unit and replace with the quantity recommended by your cars manufacturer. This information can be found on under hood AC System Information stickers on most vehicles.

Do I have to pay a core charge?
NEVER.

Do I have to return the old compressor?
NEVER.

How can I find the Status of my order?
After logging in, click the MY ACCOUNT link in the user menu on right side of screen. Then click the Orders tab on next page.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Call us. Our staff can provide tracking information about the shipment and assist you with any questions.

How do I return a product?
First call 1-888-624-4005 to speak with our returns department. They will quickly assist you with the warranty verification and give you instruction on shipping methods. If the product is a new return there will be a 10% restocking fee applied and shipping costs to and from are non refundable and paid by customer.

What if it’s the Wrong Parts?
Our online ordering system is one of the most parts application specific available anywhere. If you do have difficulty determining the exact parts for your car ALWAYS CALL US FIRST. Our staff is happy to provide the lookup service free of charge.

Is shipping refunded on wrong parts sent?
Absolutely.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, physical addresses only.

If we send the wrong part there are NO restocking fees. A restocking fee of 15% is applied to all new product returns that are the correct parts.
